About the Free Eligibility Trial

Thank you for your interest in our MedPortal, Self-Pay Analyzer Solution. Our philosophy is simple, we want you to “try before you buy”. We invite you to upload a batch of patients for review (up to 200 records).  Note: Some State Medicaid programs require a special enrollment, please contact our sales department for more information.

How current is the benefit information?

The response information will be as current as the payer has on their database. Our connections are real-time, direct.

Is your system available 24/7?

Our system is available 24/7 as long as the payers are not down for routine maintenance.

Can I find out if my patient is enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care Organization

Yes, most Medicaid programs return MCO information

Can we have multiple users logged on at the same time?

Yes, you can have as many users logged on as needed, even during your free trial.

How quickly is the information returned?

Depending on the size of the batch, anywhere from 1 minute to 15 minutes.  Even batches containing thousands of records.

Can we print the responses?

Yes, responses are printable, exportable and archived.

Can we process individual inquiries?

Yes, the MedPortal supports both individual and batch inquiries.

Q: Is there a long term contract?

No. If you choose to subscribe after your free trial, our agreement is month-to-month, pay as you use it. You may cancel anytime.

Is a credit card required?

No.

Do we have to cancel the service before the 14-day free trial is over so we won’t be billed?

No. If you decide to not subscribe, the user id and password will no longer access our system after your free trial.

What is the price?

We offer per transaction pricing. We do not charge a percentage of what you collect from Medicaid.  We will discuss pricing with you prior to starting your free trial.

Does the data have to be a specific format?

We have a standard csv format.  However,  we are flexible and able to work with other formats.  Please ask our sales department for assistance.

What kind of reporting is offered?

We offer various standard reports that will meet the needs of most.  However, we can customize a report to include any data that appears in the 271 response data (a one-time programming fee may apply).

DataLink Solutions, Inc., Inc. and its affiliates respect the privacy of its customers, business partners and employees and recognize the requirement to protect all Personal Information that is in the possession of the company. Personal Information also applies to Protected Health Information, as defined by HIPAA*.  DataLink Solutions, Inc. has therefore established this Privacy Statement so that individuals and organizations may understand what information is collected and how that information is used. This Privacy Statement applies to DataLink Solutions, Inc. and all of its affiliated companies.

What Personal Information does DataLink Solutions, Inc. collect?
DataLink Solutions, Inc. may collect certain Personal Information from customers, business partners, and employees in the course of conducting its business operations, as well as personal information from candidates for employment reasons.

DataLink Solutions, Inc. does not collect Personal Information when individuals visit company web sites unless the individual chooses to provide such Personal Information. DataLink Solutions, Inc. currently does not collect and/or log Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the Payer Gatewayplus web site, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit, except for security purposes. DataLink Solutions, Inc. does not use cookies on its web sites to track or monitor user activity.

How does DataLink Solutions, Inc. limit access to the Personal Information it stores and processes?
DataLink Solutions, Inc. has developed and implemented policies and procedures that restrict the access and use of Personal Information based on the specific roles and duties of each member of its organization.

How does DataLink Solutions, Inc. use Personal Information collected?
DataLink Solutions, Inc. makes reasonable efforts to use, disclose, and request only the minimum amount of Personal Information needed in order to conduct its operations. DataLink Solutions, Inc. has developed and implemented policies and procedures that reasonably limit the use and disclosure of Personal Information to the minimum necessary.

Except as provided in this Statement, DataLink Solutions, Inc. does not use Personal Information for a purpose other than the stated purpose for which such information is collected. Personal Information given to DataLink Solutions, Inc. may be transferred across state and country borders for data consolidation, storage and simplified information management.

With whom does DataLink Solutions, Inc. share Personal Information collected?
DataLink Solutions, Inc. will not share Personal Information with any other third parties without written authorization of the individual or entity, unless required by, or in connection with, law enforcement action, subpoena or other litigation, applicable law or the specific business transaction intended by the individual when providing the Personal Information. DataLink Solutions, Inc. will not sell, trade or lease Personal Information to other individuals and/or organizations.

DataLink Solutions, Inc. is committed to taking reasonable efforts to secure Personal Information provided to the company. To protect the privacy of any Personal Information provided, DataLink Solutions, Inc. employs industry-standard controls including physical access controls, Internet firewalls, intrusion detection, and network monitoring. In addition, access to sensitive data as defined in this Statement is limited to those individuals and agents having a need to know.

Verification
DataLink Solutions, Inc. will engage in periodic self-assessment to verify that it continues to be in compliance with this Privacy Statement.

Once the complaint has been received by the Privacy Officer, an immediate investigation will be launched and appropriate actions will be taken to rectify the situation. DataLink Solutions, Inc. will not at any time retaliate against the individual or organization that filed the complaint.

Individuals and organizations also have the right to file complaints directly with the Secretary of the Department of Health & Human Services if they believe their privacy rights have been violated.
